સાચી Yono app કેવી રીતે ઓળખવી?

એપનું exact નામ, source website/store, icon, developer/operator અને privacy/contact details નોંધો. Package ID માત્ર credible source અથવા actual fileમાંથી મળ્યો હોય ત્યારે જ evidence માનો.

Yono app install થતી નથી

Phoneમાં free storage, APK પૂર્ણ download થયું છે કે નહીં, Android compatibility અને જૂની app સાથે package/signature conflict તપાસો. Security warning આવે તો તેને bypass કરવા માટે protection permanently બંધ ન કરો.

Registered mobile number, internet connection અને date/time તપાસો. Reinstall પછી login બંધ થયું હોય તો નવી file એ જ app છે કે similar-name package છે તે verify કરો.

OTP નથી આવતું

Network signal, SMS inbox, blocked messages અને number format તપાસો. વારંવાર OTP request ન કરો. OTP, UPI PIN, password અથવા card PIN કોઈને share ન કરો.

Withdrawal pending / પૈસા મળ્યા નથી

Requestનો સમય, amount, app status અને support responseનો record રાખો. Appમાં “successful” દેખાય તે bank creditનો સંપૂર્ણ પુરાવો નથી. Screenshot share કરતાં personal details redact કરો.

App open થતી નથી અથવા crash થાય છે

Phone restart કરો, storage ખાલી છે કે નહીં જુઓ, network બદલીને test કરો અને Android System WebView/browser update તપાસો. Data clear અથવા reinstall કરતાં પહેલાં login recovery અને original source નોંધો. એક જ appમાં problem હોય તો server-side issue અથવા app build પણ કારણ હોઈ શકે.

APK અને personal data માટે safety check

OTP, UPI PIN, password અથવા card PIN કોઈ support person સાથે share ન કરો. KYC અથવા bank details આપતાં પહેલાં exact app, source domain, privacy policy અને support contact match થાય છે કે નહીં તપાસો. Similar નામવાળી appને same company માનશો નહીં.

Support માટે useful details

Errorનો exact text, Android version, app ક્યાંથી મળ્યું, problem ક્યારે શરૂ થઈ અને તમે શું try કર્યું તેની ટૂંકી list બનાવો. Screenshot મોકલતાં phone number, UPI ID, bank details, transaction ID અને identity documentની sensitive માહિતી redact કરો.
