OTP nahi aa raha? Never ask another person to generate or forward an OTP for you.
Basic checks
- Confirm phone number and country code.
- Check signal, SMS blocking/spam settings and normal SMS delivery.
- Wait for the normal resend timer.
- Restart if SMS delivery is failing across services.
If only this app is affected
The problem could be app-side, account-side or identity-related. Use a verified support channel only after confirming who operates the app.
OTP delay checklist
- Confirm the registered number and country code.
- Check signal, SMS inbox, spam/blocked sender settings and available storage.
- Avoid requesting many OTPs in rapid succession; only the newest code may remain valid.
- Check device date/time and whether the app session is stale.
- If the app identity changed after an update/reinstall, verify the source before continuing.
Never share an OTP
An OTP is an authentication secret. Support staff, other users or a website should not need you to post it publicly. If someone asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or password to release a withdrawal or restore an account, stop and verify the request independently.
